Z Boutique LLC offers the following Returns Policy: Any new item may be returned for exchange or refund if item is returned in unworn condition with tags attached and within 7 days. Customer responsible for return shipping costs.

New Swap & Shop!

Looking for a new way to shop without spending a fortune?  Try Z Boutique's new Swap & Shop. All items in our cataloque are available for swap shopping. If you have a an item of clothing or accessory that is New With Tags (NWT), New Without Tags (NWOT) or Nearly New/Gently Used (NNGU) and would like to trade for a Z Boutique item please send us an email  with details and picture of your item.

Here's how Swap & Shop works. Say you would like one of our prom gowns that sells for $100. Instead of paying $100 you would like to trade in a gown that you already have purchased that is NWT or NWOT. First send us an email with item details and photo of item for swap shopping. If your gown to swap has a value of $65, you would pay the difference in price ($35) plus sales tax and shipping to complete the swap. If your item is valued at a price higher than the Z Boutique item price, you will be given swap credits in that amount. Z Boutique will estimate fair value for swap items.  You are not obligated to accept the swap offer and may cancel the trade before the transaction is completed. Once the transaction is complete the swap is a final sale and no returns or exchanges are allowed. To avoid shipping charges, you may drop off or pick up your item at our Leonardtown, MD Studio location.

Rental Gowns

Rental gowns are rented for the buy it price. To avoid shipping charges, gowns may be picked up or dropped off at our Leonardtown, MD Studio location. When the rental gown is returned in satisfactory condition within 7 days, the price difference will be refunded to your account according to payment method used. Z Boutique will handle cleaning of all rental gowns returned.  If gown is returned in damaged or stained condition a repair fee or cleaning charge, not to exceed the sale price of the gown, may be deducted from your credit amount.
